CLI change package
Push a change to your store yourself with the Shopify CLI.
Some stores are connected in change package mode, for example while Kobold's theme write access is being approved by Shopify. In this mode Nib builds the change inside Kobold instead of on a Shopify copy, runs the static checks, and gives you a Download change package button (also on the Code diff tab of any task).
What's in the package
A zip with the changed files in your theme's folder layout, plus a KOBOLD.md with the exact commands for your store.
Pushing it
Install the Shopify CLI, unzip the package inside a copy of your theme, then run:
shopify theme push --store oak-and-ember.myshopify.com --unpublished --theme "kobold-0231"
shopify theme push --theme "kobold-0231" --only sections/announcement-bar.liquid assets/kobold-countdown.jsKobold notices the new kobold-NNNN theme in your library, links it to the task and runs the full QA suite on its preview. When it passes, the task waits for your approval as usual.
Publishing
In change package mode you publish from the Shopify admin (Online Store → Themes → Publish). Kobold detects the publish and marks the task Live; rollback works the same way, from the Shopify admin.
