The short version
- Ask. Describe the change the way you'd tell a colleague.
- Plan. Pip asks what it needs to know and writes a plan with a credit estimate.
- Build on a copy. Nib builds on a duplicate of your theme, named like
kobold-0412. Your live theme stays untouched. - QA. Moss runs Theme Check, a visual diff at 390 and 1440px, scripted clicks, a checkout smoke test and Lighthouse. Only a pass moves on.
- Approve. You see the before and after and approve with one click.
- Live. Kobold publishes the copy. Rollback stays one click away for 30 days.
